Job Title: Customer Support Representative

Requisitos

Key Job Responsibilities:
Communication Skills:
- Proficient in English (written and verbal).
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate and address customer issues clearly and effectively.
- Demonstrates good comprehension skills to understand and resolve customer queries.
- Ability to focus and concentrate on customer issues with minimal distraction until resolution.
- Strong composition skills for crafting grammatically correct and concise written - responses.
- Works well both independently and collaboratively within a team
Computer Knowledge/Skills:
- Proficient in using desktop computer systems.
- Familiarity with Windows Operating System, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, and Internet Explorer.

- Demonstrates understanding of the Internet and can navigate websites effectively.
- Good knowledge of Outlook applications.

Customer Focus:

- Willingness to work overtime as required, especially during peak seasons.

Basic Qualifications:

- Minimum B1 proficiency in written and spoken English.
- 18 years of age or older.
- High school degree or equivalent.
