<h1>ASSOCIATE, HR DELIVERY CENTER (1-YEAR CONTRACT)</h1>As an Associate, HR Delivery Center at SC Johnson (also known As Sr. Specialist, HR Delivery Center), you will be responsible for executing activities in one or more of the following functional areas: Talent Management, Data Administration, Payroll and Compensation / Benefits Administration supporting the LATAM region. You will perform call handling, inquiry management / resolution, transaction processing, and general customer service. But we only succeed with the combined vitality and strength of our 13,000 people who we truly value and support in their pursuit of individual and shared goals.<br><b>PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITIES</b><ul><li>Process HR transactions in Workday and other HR technologies, as requested.</li><li>Resolve HR process and policy questions and colleague issues through multiple communication channels.</li><li>Leverage knowledge management solutions to complete inquiries and transactions.</li><li>Work to meet expected service levels and business performance goals.</li><li>Escalate client service issues to appropriate party as appropriate.</li><li>Document all cases in case management system.</li><li>Ensure consistent application of HR policies and state, federal, and / or country laws and practices.</li><li>Provide input to the SCJ HR Delivery Center knowledgebase and contributes ideas to improve processes or performance.</li><li>Demonstrate empathy to the colleague’s situation and speaks in a manner / tone the colleague can understand and relate with.</li><li>Support change programs and initiatives.</li><li>Develop understanding of HR operations and the SC Johnson organization.</li><li>Participate in scheduled and ad hoc training to improve HR and business acumen.</li><li>Support colleague engagement and cultural programs and initiatives.</li><li>Perform special projects and related duties, as assigned.</li></ul><b>QUALIFICATIONS</b><ul><li>Minimum high school diploma; Bachelor’s degree student.</li><li>1+ year of experience in HR, Shared Service Organizations, and/or related fields (desirable).</li><li>Intermediate/Advanced English level.</li><li>Intermediate/Advanced Portuguese level (desirable).</li><li>Knowledge of HR functions, processes, and operations, including talent, data administration, payroll or compensation / benefits administration preferred.</li><li>Ability to accurately collect information and ask probing questions to understand and assess the colleagues’ needs and situation.</li><li>Strong verbal and written communication skills.</li><li>Strong customer service skills including ability to diffuse challenging situations.</li><li>Ability to prioritize workload and provide timely follow-up and resolution.</li><li>Skilled in conducting research and using existing knowledge to resolve inquiries.</li><li>Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, self-directed team-based environment subject to changing priorities and short deadlines.</li><li>Strong attention to detail.</li><li>Possesses problem solving skills.</li><li>Skilled in developing professional relationships with colleagues, supervisors, and peers.</li><li>HR Information Systems experience preferred, Workday a plus.</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office software.</li></ul><br>
