The Firm is looking for an AI Support Specialist to join their existing AI support team, providing dedicated coverage for the Hong Kong office and working directly with Hong Kong-based Portfolio Managers (PMs). The role is mostly autonomous, and requires good judgment when handling sensitive, time-sensitive situations.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage AI support for the Hong Kong office, working directly with Hong Kong-based Portfolio Managers (PMs)
  • Monitor cloud services and applications using observability tools, analyzing logs, metrics, and alerts
  • Investigate and help resolve incidents, testing APIs and reproducing reported issues
  • Support integrations with AI services and external APIs
  • Work independently with minimal day-to-day supervision
  • Handle sensitive situations involving high-profile (VIP) stakeholders with discretion and good judgment
  • Document processes, incidents, and solutions, coordinating with other members of the AI support team when needed

Working Hours (Argentina time):

  • Regular schedule: 7:00 PM–4:00 AM ET → currently 8:00 PM–5:00 AM Argentina time (while the US is on daylight saving time, until Nov 1); shifts to 9:00 PM–6:00 AM afterward.
  • Training: intensive during the first two weeks, US daytime hours (8:00 AM–5:00 PM ET → currently 9:00 AM–6:00 PM Argentina time). Weeks 3–4, training continues live within the regular night shift, with support from a current team member as the person starts handling real cases.

Requisitos

  • Experience as IT Support, with knowledge of Cloud (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
  • Monitoring and observability (Datadog, Grafana, CloudWatch or similar)
  • REST APIs, log analysis and technical troubleshooting
  • Experience with SQL
  • Interest in Artificial Intelligence, LLMs, or AI platforms
  • Advanced / fluent English (mandatory)
  • Experience with VIP or executive stakeholders
  • Ability to work autonomously, with good judgment to handle sensitive situations
