There are 2 vacancies:

• Monday to Friday: 23:00 HS - 6:00 AM (night shift).

• Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays: 00:00 AM–12:00 PM (night shift).

Job description:

The role involves management of aeromedical ambulance operations (the company’s core business), typically handling only 1–3 aeromedical missions per day, and proactively carry out operational and business development tasks.

Key responsibilities include:

• Operational support:
  • Reception and processing of medical transport requests, including preparation of customized quotes, accurate data entry in internal systems, and clear documentation for regulatory and billing purposes.
  • Coordination and follow-up of aeromedical operations, ensuring timely execution and seamless collaboration across local and global teams, managing flight logistics, patient handovers, and contingency planning.
• Business development:
  • Building and maintaining a network of providers, partners, or clients relevant to the aviation industry.
  • Sending outreach emails and initiating contact with potential clients or partners, primarily targeting the Asia time zone based on a pre-defined contact list.
  • Taking advantage of the quieter hours to advance administrative or operational tasks, such as updating databases, researching potential leads, or coordinating logistics.

Requisitos

Must Have Requirements:

• Location: CABA or GBA (availability to work in Palermo).
• Fluent level of spoken English.
