We are looking for an Application Support Analyst for a 24x3 team. This is a monitoring and incident management role for a global financial application. The position is crucial for ensuring the stability and performance of our platform by providing rapid response and resolution to any issues that may arise.
- Monitor feeds from various vendors and distribute data to stakeholders using the actual application and BigPanda
- Create documentation for new support processes
- Audit cases and ensure SLAs are met
- Collaborate with in-house developers, data teams, and vendors
- Manage incidents across the board until resolution
Requisitos
- Strong communication skills (Advanced English or higher is mandatory)
- Excellent interpersonal relationships, priority management, and a strong sense of urgency are essential for this role
- Proficiency in Windows and SQL (optional)
- Entry-level data analyst skills with a collaboration-centric attitud
