As a key member of the Tailorbird team, you will collaborate to develop intelligent models and schedules. Your role will involve engaging in meaningful research to enhance workflows, model quality, and documentation. Collaborating across international teams in Go to Market, Product, and Engineering; you will build innovative solutions to address pre-construction delays and common rework loops. Your efforts will directly empower stakeholders to streamline acquisition and renovation processes, allowing you to see the tangible impact of your work on our business and customers. This is a remote position based in Latin America, working alongside our architecture and BIM teams in the region.

You`ll Get To
  • Search, Collect, structure, and manage relevant data to support model generation.
  • Analyze various inputs and data sources to ensure accurate and high-quality model generation
  • Develop and implement data-driven strategies to accelerate model delivery and reduce processing time.
  • Collaborate with modeling, development, and automation teams to improve workflows.
  • Support automation initiatives by providing data-driven insight.
  • Utilize Revit and other BIM software to develop smart models and schedules.
  • Manage laser scanning content and BIM design technology resources.
  • Empower stakeholders to accelerate the acquisition and renovation processes – you will be able to quickly see the change you`re making for our business and our customers firsthand.

Requisitos

We`re Looking For
Must Have:
  • Native Spanish speaker with advanced English (spoken and written).
  • 3+ years of professional experience in architecture with advanced Revit skills (families, parametric modeling, schedules, data extraction).
  • Hands-on experience with BIM Collaborate / ACC / Autodesk Construction Cloud.
  • Strong QA/QC skills – model auditing, data verification, and clash detection.
  • Excel proficiency for data management and reporting.
  • Excellent attention to detail, analytical mindset, and ability to adapt to different project standards.
  • Time management and ability to coordinate with international, cross-functional teams in remote environments.
Nice to Have:
  • Skills in automation and scripting (Dynamo, PyRevit, Revit API, C#, Python).
  • Experience with PointCloud / Scan-to-BIM / Recap.
  • Familiarity with AutoCAD.
  • Knowledge of Power BI or dashboarding for metrics tracking.
  • Exposure to Lean / Six Sigma / process improvement.
  • Experience with multifamily or residential projects in the U.S. market.
  • Understanding of standards and documentation management.
  • Interest in Generative AI and automation in AEC.
  • Experience with SketchUp.
