We are seeking a motivated Billing Analyst to join our growing team. In this role, your main responsibility will be to manage the end-to-end financial lifecycle of our enterprise accounts. You will manage billing, reconciliations, and renewals. Your goal is to secure on-time payments while proactively identifying churn risks and protecting long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the end-to-end billing lifecycle for assigned customers — from invoice issuance through cash application — proactively following up with relevant accounts to surface payment friction early, protect the relationship, and prevent avoidable churn, escalating to sales management and technical teams when retention risk is detected.
  • Manage the full collections cycle for assigned accounts — monitoring bills, issuing reminders, escalating issues, and negotiating payment plans.
  • Engage key stakeholders—from procurement to the C-suite—through multi-channel communication, ensuring seamless coordination across international time zones.
  • Perform account reconciliations across multiple currencies and billing models (subscription licenses, perpetual licenses, professional services, support renewals, usage-based licenses).
  • Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies — invoicing errors, short payments, unapplied credits, disputed charges — coordinating with Finance and Sales.
  • Maintain detailed activity records in CRM and ERP systems with audit-ready documentation.
  • Resolve commercial or contractual issues affecting payment.
  • Partner with Sales on the renewal cycle for assigned accounts.
  • Identify improvements in invoicing, dunning, and reconciliation workflows.

Requisitos

About You:

You are a finance professional with experience in enterprise collections, backed by a strong grasp of multi-currency invoicing and international payment workflows. You possess a deep understanding of software licensing models and revenue operations, specifically regarding how billing accuracy directly influences retention metrics.

Key Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of B2B collections or Renewals experience, preferably in software, SaaS, or technology services.
  • Proven experience with account reconciliations, AR aging analysis, and revenue recognition
  • Proficient in English, both spoken and written. Portuguese is a strong plus.
  • Proficiency with ERP/accounting systems (NetSuite, QuickBooks, SAP or similar) and CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce).
  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, XLOOKUP, reconciliation workbooks).
  • Experience in managing direct financial relationships for a diverse portfolio of accounts in multiple regions, including the US and LATAM.
