We are hiring an Corporate FP&A Sr. Leader to join Bioceres`s Crop Solutions team!

The Corporate FP&A Sr. Leader mission is to ensure that the group’s finances are accurately forecasted, analyzed, and reported. Working closely across the organization, the Corporate FP&A Sr. Leader will be responsible for analyzing financial data and provide valuable insights to support decision-making.

The main responsibilities will be:

• Support in annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting, financial reporting, and reviews of key financial metrics. ·
• Provide analytical support to C-level in the requested ad hoc analysis. ·
• Build and maintain relationships with finance business partners across the organization in support of planning and reporting processes. ·
• Proactively contribute to new reporting development and improve the quality and presentation of existing reporting. ·
• Expand scope overtime to support various corporate analyses, including but not limited to assisting in corporate expense targets, multi-year strategy planning, executive ad hoc expense analysis, and participating in company-wide projects related to expense and finance system improvements. ·
• Solid interpersonal and communication skills, including excellent written, oral, and presentational skills, and the ability to interact at all levels
• Ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines ·
• Ability to work 'smarter, not harder’ and apply creative solutions to complex problems ·
• Team player, ability to effectively interact with the other team members and managers in an effective way.

Location of the position: Rosario, Pergamino or Buenos Aires, Argentina.

Requisitos

• Graduation degree on Economics, Accounting, Finance and Industrial Engeneering.
• 5 or more years of relevant work experience in FP&A
• Advance English (Oral and Written)
• Advance Excel ·
• Possibility to work on flexible hours
• Availability to travel to the United States, Europe and across Argentina
