Main Responsibilities:
  1. Drive Sales and bring in leads from your portfolio.
  2. Contribute to travel design ideas and products.
  3. Work within the client's budget to create a travel plan that maximizes value while meeting their expectations.
  4. Communicate efficiently with the operation team and lead by example.
  5. Participate in the decision making of the internal processes.
  6. Responsible for bringing in leads and new business from B2B and B2C clients.
  7. Product development.
  8. Design the trips alongside the lead travel designer.
  9. Execute all trips with operations specialists and be the go to contact for our clients and team.

Requisitos

Required Skills:
  1. Fluent in English and Spanish.
  2. Strong sales ability & able to storytell as you speak about a destination.
  3. Be comfortable with conference calls with clients.
  4. Presentation skills to conduct webinars.
  5. Very strong knowledge of Latin America.
  6. Strong ties in the luxury travel industry.
  7. Strong abilities on the MAC platform.
  8. Excel knowledge is a must.
  9. Have the experience to drive the leads into a confirmed trip.
  10. 100% remote.
