The Human Resources Department is looking for a professional to join our team as Events, Sponsorship, and Advertising Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities:


Internal Events: Plan and execute initiatives such as town halls, employee and manager activities, recognition programs, surveys, and more.
External Events & Sponsorships: Develop and implement the company’s strategy for institutional events and communication materials.
Branding & Advertising: Ensure proper implementation of TotalEnergies’ visual identity, manage the annual advertising plan, and oversee branding materials.
Administration & Reporting: Handle contractual documentation, scout event opportunities, manage budgets, and track execution progress.

Requisitos

What are we looking for?


University degree in Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
8+ years of experience in similar roles.
Strong experience in event design and organization.
Excellent interpersonal skills, teamwork, organization, and prioritization abilities.
IT skills, including social media and internal media management.
Advanced English (oral and written). French is a plus.
Knowledge of the energy industry (preferred).
Experience in external communications and networking (preferred).
