We are a development company setting a new standard for touristic development, collaborating with real estate funds and developers to design corporate strategies, execute financial business plans, and oversee real estate development processes. We are looking for a Senior Analyst to join our dynamic team and contribute to our mission of revolutionizing the real estate development market.

Position Overview:
As a Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in driving data-driven decision-making and supporting strategic initiatives. You will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and be at the forefront of shaping sustainable developments in the most up and coming tourist destinations in the world. You will work closely with both co-founders and utilize your analytical skills to provide insights that guide our business strategies and help us maintain a competitive edge in the market.

Requisitos

Key Responsibilities:
Data Analysis: Collect, clean, and analyze real estate market data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
Market Research: Conduct in-depth market research to support the development of business strategies and investment decisions.
Financial Modeling: Create and maintain financial models to evaluate real estate investment opportunities, including property valuation, ROI, and cash flow analysis. Reporting and Visualization: Develop clear and compelling reports and data visualizations to communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders. Performance Tracking: Monitor the performance of real estate assets and portfolios, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
Competitive Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends and competitors' activities, providing competitive intelligence to inform decision-making.
Collaboration: Collaborate with Co-founders to support their strategic goals with data-driven insights.
Presentations: Prepare and deliver presentations to Co-founders, investors, and other stakeholders, effectively conveying business plan and strategy.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, real estate, economics, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in real estate analysis or related roles.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau).
- Strong financial modeling skills and experience in real estate investment analysis. - Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
- Knowledge of the real estate market and industry trends.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized.
