Attention San Isidro!For Pluscargo USA, an international logistics company with a global presence, we are looking for an Operations Analyst.
You will play a key role in coordinating international logistics operations, ensuring each shipment flows smoothly from start to finish.
- San Isidro, Buenos Aires (hybrid 3x2, first month 100% on-site)
- Manage daily communication with clients, international agents, and internal teams
- Coordinate maritime shipments
- Request bookings with shipping lines and track shipments
- Coordinate inland transportation and customs clearance processes
- Handle logistics documentation and ensure accuracy
- Identify and resolve operational issues, following up on each shipment
Requisitos
- Advanced or recently graduated students in International Trade, Business, or related fields
- Advanced English (written and spoken) – mandatory
- Good command of Excel and email tools (Outlook)
- Previous experience is not required (ideal first professional experience)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Good communication skills (frequent email and phone interaction)
- Proactive attitude, responsibility, and willingness to learn
- Ability to handle dynamic and repetitive tasks simultaneously
- Team-oriented and sociable profile
