Operations Manager for an important inbound Tour Operator in Argentina.
Main Responsibilities:
  1. Oversee & train a busy team by leading and developing processes to achieve personal and company targets.
  2. Manage and supervise daily travel operations, ensuring seamless execution of itineraries, logistics and service delivery.
  3. Establish and maintain strong relationships with local suppliers, hotels, transport providers and tour guides to ensure top-tier service quality.
  4. Maintain cordial and friendly relationships with our current clientele.
  5. Lead and train the sales and operations team fostering a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction.
  6. Handle special requests, VIP clients, and on-ground problem-solving to enhance customer satisfaction.
  7. Oversee Operational budgets, cost control, and financial reporting to ensure profitability.
  8. Maintain a constant and open channel of communication with the CEO and office Manager.

Requisitos

Required Skills:
  1. Travel industry work experience, particularly as an Operations manager or management within the inbound tourism market in Argentina including key destinations, logistics and supplier network.
  2. Coaching / training experience is desirable.
  3. Excellent communication (verbal & written) in English.
  4. Proven ability to manage and motivate teams in a dynamic environment.
  5. Strong analytical and decision-making skills to handle operational challenges.
  6. Flexible and adaptable to handle a multitude of tasks that may be on the go and at the same time
