Operations Team Leader Argentina
- As we grow will become the Team leader of the whole operations team.
- Coverage of incoming customer service
- Backoffice Reissuing of tickets and reconciliation.
- Settle balances in Backoffice B2.
- Responsible after 1 year for UETTR
- Checking GDS queues across OID’s and updating clients about changes.
- Training of new agents
- Make sure all Test bookings are actioned by end of day
- Communicating with suppliers on manual post-ticketing transactions
- Resolve complaints coming from clients (not meta partners)
- Tracking each incoming order - review and if necessary deep dive.
- Liaise with Finance on “Refunds to Supplier”, liaise with tech team regarding bugs and other issues, liaise with revenue team on sales fluctuations.
- Scheduling shifts and vacation days
Requisitos
Titulación mínima: Graduad de turismo (preferentemente).
Experiencia: 5 o más
Idioma: Inglés Avanzado
Sistemas requeridos: Dominio GDS Amadeus y/o Sabre – nivel intermedio a avanzado – excluyente –
