Operations Team Leader Argentina

  • As we grow will become the Team leader of the whole operations team.
  • Coverage of incoming customer service
  • Backoffice Reissuing of tickets and reconciliation.
  • Settle balances in Backoffice B2.
  • Responsible after 1 year for UETTR
  • Checking GDS queues across OID’s and updating clients about changes.
  • Training of new agents
  • Make sure all Test bookings are actioned by end of day
  • Communicating with suppliers on manual post-ticketing transactions
  • Resolve complaints coming from clients (not meta partners)
  • Tracking each incoming order - review and if necessary deep dive.
  • Liaise with Finance on “Refunds to Supplier”, liaise with tech team regarding bugs and other issues, liaise with revenue team on sales fluctuations.
  • Scheduling shifts and vacation days

Requisitos

Titulación mínima: Graduad de turismo (preferentemente).
Experiencia: 5 o más
Idioma: Inglés Avanzado
Sistemas requeridos: Dominio GDS Amadeus y/o Sabre – nivel intermedio a avanzado – excluyente –
