Purpose of the position:
The Relationship Manager is responsible for managing relationships with large local corporates and multinationals to generate business, including capital markets, trade finance, and lending. They are responsible for driving revenue, overseeing complex financial transactions, managing risk to achieve strategic business goals.
Key responsibilities & Accountabilities:
- Relationship Management:
Develop, maintain, and grow relationships with a portfolio of large corporate clients, including multinationals and large local firms and identify business opportunities. - Business Development:
Generate and promote Corporate and Investment Banking business, including capital markets, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and cash management services to achieve annual goals. - Credit & Risk Management:
Monitor the financial health of the client portfolio, ensuring compliance with both internal bank risk policies and Central Bank of Argentina (BCRA) regulations. This includes recommending large-scale loans and managing exposure, preparing and presenting Credit Reports for each transaction to be approved. - Product Offering:
Promote a range of financial products, including lending, trade finance, and transactional banking. - Work alongside with other teams:
Operations, Risk and Compliance departments. Team oriented profile.
Requisitos
Key Requirements:
- More than five years of relevant experience as Corporate Banking Officer(mandatory).
- Deep understanding of Argentine markets, credit analysis, corporate finance and accounting principles, including knowledge of BCRA regulations.
- Professional in Economic Sciences.
- Master in business, finance or related areas is a plus.
- Proficiency in English (oral and written) is required.
- CNV certification is a plus.
