Descripción del puesto
Who this is for
You may come from sales, customer service, hospitality, tourism, student recruitment, fundraising, volunteer leadership, community building, education, public speaking, or service-based roles. The title matters less than the pattern: you know how to connect with people, follow up, and move things forward.
This role is for you if:
- You speak English at a strong C1-C2 level and can hold confident conversations in English.
- You enjoy talking to people and can create energy through a screen or phone call.
- You are proactive: you do not wait for opportunities, you create them.
- You can handle rejection without taking it personally.
- You are coachable and can apply feedback quickly.
- You are motivated by growth, not just by stability.
- You care about impact and can explain why MEDLIFE matters in a real, personal way.
This is probably not for you if
- You want a low-pressure or “quiet” sales job.
- You prefer admin work over live conversations with people.
- You are uncomfortable being measured by activity, quality, and conversion metrics.
- You do not want feedback or fast iteration.
- You are only looking for a temporary remote job while you figure out something else.
Requisitos
What you bring
- Near-native English, ideally C1-C2. Interviews and assessments will be conducted in English.
- 6-12 months of experience in sales, customer service, outreach, student recruitment, tourism, hospitality, fundraising, volunteer coordination, or a similar people-facing role.
- Strong communication skills: clear, warm, curious, and structured.
- Visible social energy: you can create trust quickly and make people feel comfortable.
- Grit and consistency: you can keep going after no-shows, silence, or rejection.
- Coachability: you can take feedback, adjust, and improve your approach.
- Mission alignment: you have a real reason to care about access to healthcare, education, safe housing, leadership, or service.
Nice to have
- Experience with HubSpot or another CRM.
- Experience prospecting or following up through LinkedIn, Instagram, email, phone, WhatsApp, or student communities.
- Experience in international development, service learning, nonprofit work, education, tourism, or health-related environments.
- Public speaking, group facilitation, debate, theater, sports leadership, student leadership, or community organizing experience.
- A basic data mindset: you care about activity, quality, conversion, and improvement.
Beneficios
What you will gain
- Hands-on experience in real sales: prospecting, persuasion, qualification, objection handling, and follow-up.
- Continuous coaching and feedback from a mission-driven commercial team.
- Exposure to international students, universities, chapters, and service learning programs.
- A clear growth path toward roles such as Expansion Associate, Sales Representative, Chapter Coach, or other commercial leadership opportunities.
- Transferable skills in communication, leadership, CRM discipline, storytelling, and relationship building.
What we offer
- Remote or hybrid opportunities depending on country and team needs.
- Competitive compensation and performance-focused growth opportunities.
- Training in sales, recruitment, MEDLIFE programs, and leadership.
- A global, mission-driven team working across healthcare, education, and community development.
- A role where your daily conversations can lead to real-world impact.
