We are looking for a Sales Coordinator that will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, driving repeat business and expanding the client base.
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients. · Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and foster repeat business. · Identify new sales opportunities and strategies to expand the client base. · Support the sales team in managing inquiries, contracts and bookings. . Modify itineraries based on clients needs and operational requirements. · Communicate effectively with the sales team, tour coordinators and accounting.· Track and report sales performance, ensuring targets are met.
Requisitos
Required Skills:. University degree preferred.· 2-3 years in a similar role, preferably in the travel or tourism industry. · Availability to travel.. High proficiency in English.. Strong business acumen and results-driven sales mindset.. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.. High attention to detail and organizational skills.. Proactive problem-solving and customer service orientation.
