We’re Hiring: At Pluscargo USA, a global logistics company expanding in the United States, we’re looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our commercial team

What will you do in this role?
  • Prospect potential clients using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, databases, and more
  • Conduct cold calls, send personalized emails, and perform follow-ups to generate qualified leads
  • Coordinate meetings with the senior sales team and collaborate on commercial strategies
  • Manage and maintain an updated sales pipeline using a CRM
  • Meet and exceed goals related to lead generation and business opportunities

Requisitos

What are we looking for in you?
Must Have:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Advanced / Bilingual level)
  • Proactive mindset, results-driven, and capable of handling objections effectively
Preferential:
  • Proficiency with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator and CRMs
  • Basic knowledge of the international logistics sector
  • Previous experience in sales, prospecting, or lead generation roles (ideally in logistics or related industries)
