Services analyst
We are seeking a highly motivated full-time Services analyst to join us at ITPipes. As a Services Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in our company, actively contributing to clients of our Assisted Inspection Coding service. This position offers the possibility of working in a fast-growing company in contact with cutting-edge technologies.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Analyzing large sets of video footage to ensure consistent quality of our Artificial Intelligence engine.
- Identifying and marking defects observed while reviewing the video footage results.
- Reporting of any identified opportunities for improvement.
- Documenting and reporting findings in our client’s water systems, thus enabling quick proactive action on urgent defects.
- Data entry specific to client deliverables.
- Tracking project progress and analytics daily.
- Testing new software features related to the services analyst processes.
Requisitos
Requirements:- Advanced level of English language - Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
- Stable internet capabilities.
- Working knowledge of the Microsoft operating system.
Non-mandatory skills:
- Bachelor's degree or advanced student in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or related disciplines.
- Previous experience in QA testing is a plus.
- MS Access and MS SQL database understanding.
- Knowledge of the NASSCO Pipeline Assessment Certification Program.
