We are seeking a highly skilled Python Engineer (pref. with experience in data analytics and machine learning). In this role, you will primarily focus on developing robust, scalable Python applications (80% of the role) while also integrating AI/ML solutions (20%) within their products. You will lead projects, manage end-to-end delivery, and collaborate closely with their business analytics team to meet the evolving needs of their clients. Strong Python development skills are essential, with machine learning and AI experience being a valuable addition to support their cutting-edge projects.

Place of work: Remote from LatAm.

Contract Type: Contractor - Long-term. Full time

2) HR Interview (30')
3) Technical Interview with client (60')


Requisitos

  • Upper-intermediate or Advanced English level (written/spoken)
  • +5 years of exp. with Python.
  • Extensive exp. in developing and maintaining scalable applications using Python
  • Proficiency in Python best practices, design patterns, and performance optimization
  • Strong understanding of software architecture principles and their application in Python projects
  • Proficiency with Git and GitOps workflows
  • Solid grasp of CI/CD principles and experience with related tools
  • Basic understanding of machine learning concepts and their application in production environments
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, proactive attitude, and ability to take ownership of projects from conception to delivery
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.

Nice to have:

  • Hands-on experience deploying ML/AI applications in production environments
  • Understanding of AI development frameworks such as Langchain
  • Familiarity with cloud services, particularly AWS
  • Knowledge of Snowflake, MongoDB, and SQL
  • Experience with infrastructure as code tools like Terraform
  • Experience with test-driven development (TDD)
  • Experience working in teams across EST and MST time zones
