The Role
We’re hiring a Creative Recruiter / Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to help us source, interview, and evaluate creative candidates across Latin America.This is an internal recruiting role focused on sourcing and managing candidate pipelines for roles such as Art Directors, Designers, Video Editors, AI Creatives, Project Managers, and other creative professionals.You’ll be responsible for identifying top talent, screening candidates, managing databases, and collaborating closely with the LATAM AD TALENT team to ensure we deliver high-quality profiles for our ongoing searches.It’s a mid-senior level position, ideal for someone experienced, hands-on, and excited about contributing to a growing company that’s redefining how creative talent connects globally.
Key Responsibilities
Source and identify top creative professionals across Latin America.
Manage and nurture candidate pipelines for open and upcoming roles.
Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates’ creative and professional experience.
Keep the talent database organized and updated.
Collaborate with the founder and team to align search priorities.
Support interview coordination and feedback processes.
Contribute to improving sourcing strategies and recruitment operations.
What We’re Looking For
2–4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruiting, ideally in creative industries (design studios, advertising agencies, production houses, or marketing).
Advanced English (written and spoken) — essential for candidate communication and coordination.
Strong sourcing, screening, and candidate management skills.
Excellent communication and organization skills.
Proactive, curious, and adaptable in a fast-paced, remote environment.
Interest in creativity, design, and the future of AI-driven workflows.
Compensation & Benefits
Contract position
Start Date: End of October
Base Salary + Commissions for each successful placement.
Remote, Full-Time with flexible hours.
15 days PTO, plus additional days after 6 months.
Holidays: U.S. holidays + days off between Christmas and New Year + your birthday off.
